Identity Documentation and Immunisation - Birth Certificate or Passport and current Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement are required. Many of you have already provided this information, if you have not or are unsure if you have, please email these to the school from today or you could wait until we call for the other documentation in a few weeks. If emailing, please clearly state your child’s full name in the subject field.
Medical and Special Needs - If your child has a health, disability, or other support need, please share as much information as you can that will help us support their learning journey and help us understand their needs. This may include letters/reports from specialists, health and/or emergency plans.
